Introducing myself

Dr Wright is a specialist Rheumatologist with extensive experience in treating rheumatic diseases. He has a particular interest in managing inflammatory arthritis (including peripheral and axial spondyloarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis), crystal arthropathies (including gout and CPPD), polymyalgia rheumatica, and giant cell arteritis. Additionally, Dr Wright is proficient in treating connective tissue diseases and other systemic inflammatory conditions.

Although Dr Wright completed most of his training in the Illawarra region, his passion for rheumatology took him to New Zealand, where he further honed his skills. This cross-Tasman training has contributed to his well-rounded expertise in rheumatology.
